Keith Jakwan “Jay” Whitner, a 17-year-old Black/African American male from Reading, Pennsylvania, was killed in a drive-by shooting in the 100 block of West Green Street in Reading in July 2015. He was still a teenager, remembered by family as a brother and loved one whose life ended before adulthood.
