Death by Force

Brian Wilk, a 50-year-old man from Springettsbury Township, PA, tragically died on July 27, 2015, in a murder-suicide incident. The incident occurred at his home in the 900 block of South Russell Street. According to police reports, Brian Wilk shot his wife, Donna Wilk, 61, before taking his own life with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The couple's bodies were discovered by officers who were called to the scene for a welfare check after Brian Wilk failed to report to work.
