Prince X. Brown, a 38-year-old man from Tobyhanna, tragically died on February 23, 2021, in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at the Swiftwater Luxury Apartments, where Brown was shot twice in the parking lot during a dispute with Jamaine Wilkins, a 49-year-old man also from Tobyhanna. The altercation escalated, leading Wilkins to shoot Brown in the groin and chest. Brown was transported to St. Luke’s Monroe Campus in Bartonsville, where he was pronounced dead.
