Maurice Swilling, age 24, was fatally shot on October 21, 2015, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred on the 3600 block of Pulaski Highway. On the morning of October 21, at approximately 10:20 a.m., Baltimore police officers responded to a report of a shooting.
