On a late autumn evening in 2015, the life of Robert Charles Shelley, a 49-year-old male, was brought to a tragic and violent end. On November 19th, inside a residence on Ambrosius Road in the quiet Wilmot Township of Bradford County, Pennsylvania, the stillness of the night was shattered by gunfire.
