On a Tuesday evening in West Philadelphia, tragedy struck 31-year-old Tevin Kemp. It was around 8 p.m. on November 30, 2021, on the 5400 block of Sansom Street, when the night was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Kemp was outside of his home when he was shot multiple times.
