Tevin Kemp, a 31-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was fatally shot on the 5400 block of Sansom Street around 8:09 p.m. When Philadelphia Police officers arrived at the scene, they found Tevin lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts to save him, he was pronounced deceased at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center at 8:28 p.m.
