Anthony Torres, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found lying on the sidewalk on H Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, Torres was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim, 38-year-old Jose Vega, was also shot but was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
