In the summer of 2008, the Chester, Pennsylvania community lost a beloved figure, Khali R. Henson Sr., a 30-year-old African American male known for his involvement in the local rap music scene and his dedication to mentoring youth as a coach. On June 26, 2008, Henson was pronounced dead at the Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland.
