Michael Collier, a 33-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2015, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Collier was fatally shot outside his sister's home on the 200 block of Engle Street. He had parked his car across the street and exited the vehicle when he was ambushed by an assailant. Collier's girlfriend, who was with him at the time, witnessed the shooting and described seeing a man in a white T-shirt and shorts firing at Collier.
