Michael Collier

On the evening of May 31, 2015, Michael Collier, a 33-year-old African American man, was fatally shot in Chester, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on the 200 block of Engle Street, outside his sister's home. Collier had just parked his car and exited the vehicle when he was ambushed by an assailant.
