Anthony B. Moore, a 27-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically died on May 1, 2016, from gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. near the corner of Fifth Street and City Hall Place. Moore was found unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead shortly after emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene.
