Andrew John 'Ajay' Dubnansky, a 47-year-old man from Indiana, Pennsylvania, was found dead on December 4, 2015. His body was discovered by his wife in the woods near their home. The Indiana County Coroner, Jerry Overman, ruled the death a suicide after determining that the gunshot wound to Dubnansky's head was self-inflicted. According to the coroner, Dubnansky had discussed marital troubles with his wife before leaving to go hunting, which led to the conclusion that he took his own life.
