Jamar Watt, a 34-year-old man from Pittsburgh, tragically lost his life on May 10, 2016, in Indiana, PA. He was one of two men who were shot and killed during what the police described as a "drug deal gone bad" at the apartment of George Exum, a student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at the Essex House apartment building on Oakland Avenue.
