Carlos Eduardo Recalde-Campos, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2017, in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred during a party at an Oakland Avenue residence, where Recalde-Campos was shot at least twice by 20-year-old Matthew McNevin of Rayne, Indiana County. McNevin fired shots into a crowd near the front porch of the residence, and Recalde-Campos succumbed to his injuries at UPMC-Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh around 6 a.m. that day.
