Kevin Twist, a 34-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, tragically died on July 16, 2016, from a gunshot wound to the neck. He was found in a parking lot in the 7200 block of Frankford Avenue, and despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Kevin was a beloved son, husband, and father to three children.
