Megan Lynn Swingle Short, a 33-year-old woman from Reading, PA, tragically died on August 6, 2016, in an apparent murder-suicide. Megan, along with her three young children—Liana , Mark Jr. , and Willow —and the family dog, were found dead in their home in Sinking Spring, Berks County. Megan's husband, Mark Short, also died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
