Eugene John Brabham, a 36-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 6, 2016, in York, Pennsylvania. Brabham was fatally shot early that Saturday morning in the 200 block of South Pine Street. According to reports, he was either being robbed or involved in a dispute prior to the shooting. The York City Police Department responded to a 911 call at 7:47 a.m. and found Brabham with two gunshot wounds. He was rushed to York Hospital but succumbed to his injuries
