Luis Martin Alicea, a 29-year-old man from Philadelphia, PA, was tragically shot and killed on November 18, 2016. He was a family man, known for his love of his children and his daily coffee ritual with his mother. On the day of his death, he had just gotten a haircut and was standing outside the barber shop at North 6th Street and Rising Sun Avenue when he was shot multiple times. He was three days shy of his 30th birthday.
Alicea's death has left a significant void in his family's life.
