On the evening of April 3, 2017, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ronald Fenwick, a 32-year-old Black male, was standing with a group of other men on the 1100 block of Stiles Street. Suddenly, two unidentified individuals approached the group and opened fire, unleashing a total of 25 rounds into the crowd. The brazen attack left a scene of chaos and bloodshed.
