William Chaffin, a 14-year-old boy from McKeesport, PA, tragically died on April 25, 2017, from a gunshot wound to the chest. The incident occurred at a house on Ridge Street, where Chaffin was visiting a close family friend, a 19-year-old who was later identified as the shooter. According to reports, Chaffin had brought a shotgun to the house, and while handling it, the gun accidentally discharged, fatally injuring him.
