John Teffeteller, an 89-year-old man from Maytown, PA, tragically died on April 29, 2017. He was found dead in the kitchen of his son-in-law's home, Clifford Allen Hafer, with multiple gunshot wounds. Teffeteller had recently moved in with Hafer, who called 911 just before 8:30 p.m. that night and reported that he had shot Teffeteller. When police arrived, they also found Teffeteller's dog dead from a gunshot wound in a hallway.
