On November 21, 2023, a tragic shooting incident occurred in North Philadelphia, resulting in the death of Roger Marquez, a 31-year-old resident of Philadelphia. The incident took place in the city's Fairhill section, near the 3200 block of North Fairhill Street and Allegheny Avenue, shortly after 8:30 p.m.
