Vincent Thomas Crosby III, a 53-year-old man from Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on September 26, 2017, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. He was shot in the face with a pellet gun at his home in Kulpmont on September 23, 2017. The pellet penetrated his nose and reached his brain, leading to his death.
