In the city of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, a 24-year-old Caucasian woman named Natasha Harner was found deceased on November 9, 2017. Her life, full of promise, was tragically cut short inside her residence on Logan Street. Alongside her was her 16-year-old stepsister, Kaliah Dearing; both had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The initial call to authorities was for a medical emergency, but the grim reality of a double homicide was soon discovered upon their arrival.
