Kathryn Krystal Person, a 71-year-old woman, was tragically shot and killed on December 28, 2021, under the Mulberry Street bridge in Harrisburg, PA. Her cause of death was determined to be multiple gunshot wounds. The Harrisburg police found multiple ammunition casings at the scene, which had a unique headstamp of LVE and were rose/copper colored.
