Veronica Santana Costa, a 41-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on July 2, 2017, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She was killed in a murder-suicide incident at Hall Manor, a public housing unit in the city. The incident occurred following an argument between Veronica and 37-year-old Jorge Padilla-Reyes. According to police reports, Padilla-Reyes fired several rounds at Veronica before turning the gun on himself.
