On October 20, 2020, a 24-year-old mother of four, Kyra Lee Macon Haley, was shot and killed in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In the early morning hours, at approximately 1:40 a.m., a neighbor reported hearing a gunshot and a scream coming from the residence Kyra shared with her estranged husband, Dallas Haley, and their children.
