Viktoriya Manasyan, a 20-year-old Ukrainian immigrant and aspiring FBI agent, tragically lost her life on April 21, 2018, in North Philadelphia. She was fatally shot while attending a house party near Temple University's campus. Viktoriya had moved to the United States from Ukraine with her family when she was just five years old, and she had become a beloved member of her community.
