Anthony Orr Jr., a 36-year-old African American man from York, PA, tragically died on June 26, 2018, two days after being shot in the head near Penn Park. He was found unresponsive in his vehicle on June 24, 2018, and was taken to York Hospital, where he remained until his death. Orr Jr. was known for his good-hearted nature and was described as a community mentor who often intervened to break up fights and promote positivity.
