In the summer of 2018, the life of Anthony James “Bouk” Orr Jr., a 36-year-old male from York, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. On June 24, 2018, Orr was shot in the head, and he succumbed to his injuries two days later on June 26, 2018, surrounded by his loved ones.
