On a Wednesday evening in St. Louis, Missouri, 44-year-old Ann P. Hay was last seen and has not been heard from since. The date was June 8, 2005, when the Filipino mother and wife, who resided in Granite City, Illinois, visited a store in the Laclede’s Landing area on business. Ann made a living by selling purses and other merchandise, and her stop at the shop in the 600 block of North Second Street was part of her regular work.
