In the evening hours of a Monday in West Philadelphia, the life of a young man was tragically cut short by a sudden burst of violence. Keith Williams, a 24-year-old male, was in the Mill Creek neighborhood on the 4900 block of Reno Street on March 4, 2019, when he was shot multiple times.
