In the late hours of a Tuesday night in Pittsburgh's Sheraden neighborhood, the sound of gunfire shattered the calm. Responding to reports of shots fired shortly before midnight on May 29, 2019, police discovered a man lying in the 3100 block of Chartiers Avenue.
