Christopher Lamont Lowman Jr., an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was fatally shot on July 11, 2019, in Pittsburgh's Allentown neighborhood. He was found lying on a sidewalk with at least one gunshot wound to the torso and was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was ruled a homicide.
