On November 5, 2019, 25-year-old Darren Foxworth, a Black male, was fatally shot in North Philadelphia. Police responded to the 2000 block of North College Avenue around 7:45 a.m. and found Darren lying on a green ATV with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Jefferson University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
