Patric Phillips, a 25-year-old male from Erie, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on December 7, 2019. He was fatally shot at his apartment near East 24th and Wayne streets. The incident occurred during an attempted robbery by four men who were targeting Phillips for marijuana and cash. The suspects, identified as Marshawn Williams, Derrick D. Elverton, Damarjon D. Beason, and Anthony Blanks Jr., were charged with second-degree murder and other related offenses.
