Pursuing further education and a trade, he attended the Erie Institute of Technology, where he earned a degree in HVAC in 2025, the same year as his untimely passing. His life was characterized by his love for his family and his enjoyment of simple pleasures; he was known for his fondness for traveling, making money, and cooking, with lasagna being his signature dish.
Michael left behind a young daughter, Ma'lonii Mendralla, whom he cherished, along with her mother, Eniya Heidelberg. He was remembered as a devoted father and a beloved brother to his numerous siblings, including Tay'zhawn Toran, Marques Beeman, A'kierah Mendralla, A'livia Mendralla, Ky'marre Simmons, Anthony “Fleeb” Mendralla, Micah Mendralla, Andrew Mendralla, and Mar'kwan Hall.
