Steven Bishop, a 26-year-old male from Erie, PA, tragically passed away on August 18, 2016. He was identified as the victim of a homicide after being found with a gunshot wound to the chest in the 500 block of East 21st Street. Bishop managed to walk to a porch at 546 East 21st Street before collapsing, but he did not reside at that address.
