I. Dean Fulton, a 43-year-old Black male, was tragically murdered on February 25, 2020, in Philadelphia, PA. He was found inside a dark-colored Hyundai on the 300 block of Dupont Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
