In the quiet evening hours of February 25, 2020, the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia was shattered by the sound of rapid gunfire. Inside the garage of a home on the 300 block of Dupont Street, 43-year-old I-Dean Fulton, a Black male, was ambushed as he returned home. The attack was described by police as a clear execution-style shooting. Fulton was discovered in the driver's seat of his Hyundai SUV, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
