In the late hours of a March evening in 2020, tragedy struck in the city of Chester, Pennsylvania, forever altering the lives of one family. Ahmad Anding, a 28-year-old male, was in the vicinity of the 2000 block of West 6th Street when the sound of gunfire pierced the night air. He had been shot.
