Robert Lee Jones Jr., a 50-year-old man from White Haven, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2020. He was shot during an argument near Lehigh Gorge State Park in Lausanne Township, Carbon County. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. when Jones and another man got into a heated dispute. The argument escalated, leading to Jones being shot in the roadway. Despite immediate efforts by neighbors to administer CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
