In the fall of 2018, a domestic dispute in a quiet Trainer, Pennsylvania, home escalated into a tragedy that would ultimately claim the life of 33-year-old Keith Jackson. On September 25th, Jackson was fatally shot in the basement of the West 13th Street residence he shared with his girlfriend, Doritisha Lyons, and her son, Nasir Hassan Saleem Jr. The Delaware County Medical Examiner's Office would later rule his death a homicide, caused by multiple gunshot wounds.
