In the late hours of a November night in Tarentum, Pennsylvania, the life of 18-year-old Syncere Lee Spruill was tragically cut short. On November 22, 2020, what began as an argument between two groups in the 200 block of Conroy Way escalated into a violent exchange of gunfire. It was during this chaos that Spruill was struck by bullets. He was a male.
