In the winter of 2016, the life of a young father from the Perry North neighborhood of Pittsburgh was tragically cut short. On the evening of February 15th, 19-year-old Keith Woodard, a Black male, was discovered on the 100 block of Waldorf Street in the city's North Side, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
