Death by Force

On January 11, 2013, 17-year-old African American male Ken Harbin was fatally shot in Oakland, California. The incident occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m. in the 9400 block of Hillside Street. Ken Harbin, a high school senior, was one of four individuals killed in separate shootings within a six-hour span that day.
