Juan Diaz-Ochoa, a 21-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2020, in a shooting incident that also claimed the life of his friend, Jorge Martinez, 19, and left another 18-year-old man injured. The incident occurred around 12:47 p.m. in the 1900 block of 84th Avenue in East Oakland.
