Richardson Rickey Livingston, a 20-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2015. He and his girlfriend, Alexis Randolph, were both victims of a brutal double homicide. The young couple was shot multiple times on a residential street in East Oakland's Sobrante Park neighborhood.
