Death by Force

Anthony Nhep, a 21-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 1, 2019. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of 17th Avenue near San Antonio Park in East Oakland. Nhep, who lived in another part of Oakland, was shot multiple times around 3:30 p.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene.
