Sultan Bey, an 18-year-old from Emeryville, California, was tragically shot and killed on March 11, 2017, in North Oakland. Bey was sitting in the passenger seat of a car on the 800 block of 60th Street near Martin Luther King Jr. Way when an unknown assailant approached from behind and shot him multiple times in the head and neck.
