Alfonso Ibanez Jr., a 25-year-old resident of Oakland, CA, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:45 a.m., at the intersection of Empire and Gibraltar roads in East Oakland.
