Bert Brigham Jr., a 24-year-old resident of both Oakland and Antioch, California, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident on July 18, 2021. The incident occurred around 10:04 p.m. in the 1900 block of Foothill Boulevard in East Oakland. Brigham was socializing with a group of people when he was shot.
