Meresa Hammonds, a 31-year-old African American woman, was identified nearly three decades after her death as a victim of convicted serial killer Robert Shulman. Her remains were discovered on June 27, 1992, in a dumpster behind a pizza parlor in Yonkers, New York. At the time, she was known only as "Yonkers Jane Doe" and remained unidentified for 29 years.
